 How To Use Your Gift Card:


 1. Browse the site and select the items that you wish to purchase.


 2. Add the selected items to your shopping cart.

 3. Checkout and fill in the required information (Your Name, Billing Details, Page 1 of 2) then you will be prompted to redeem your Gift Card in the Payment section (Page 2 of 3). This amount will now be taken from your biggift.com.au account.

 4. Your purchase will now be deductecd from your biggift.com.au account. If any credit is remaining in your account it will be stored for your next purchase.

 Any additional payment required must be made at the time of purchase or with a cheque/money order posted to us made payable to BIGGIFT.

Treat your gift card like cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.

As no change can be given, the unspent amount will remain in your account and can go towards further purchases. Not redeemable for cash.


FAQ's


- If I spend more than my gift card amount, how can I pay for the difference?

Once you have redeemed your gift card you will not be able to continue until the extra funds have been paid for. This can be done by Credit Card (Through our secure website) on the internet, PayPal direct money transfer via the internet or alternatively you can send in a cheque or money order for the value of the difference.

- How do I redeem multiple Gift Cards at once?

Easy, once you are in the payment section redeem your first gift card, click the redeem button and then do the same for the remanding cards. Do not enter the same gift card twice or all gift card codes all together as the system will say there was an error. Each code can only be redeemed once.

- How long can I expect my order to take?

As the products showing on the website are all in stock at the time of purchase, please allow 1-2 working days from the date of purchase for your order to be processed. Then allow 3-10 days for postage delivery (depending on where in Australia you are).

**For Books please allow up to 3 weeks for the stock to be despatched**

- How do I check the status of my order?

Simply log in to your account, using the email address you provided and then the password you chose. Each process your order goes through, E.G Invoiced to Posted is recorded on your order.

- How often is the stock updated on the website?

Everyday we are receiving more and more products into our warehouse which then are updated and put onto our website.

- Can I purchase and pay for items but get them sent to my friends address as a birthday/special occasion present?

Certainly, when you are filling out the address options, select your friend/family member/co-workers address as the shipping address and your address for the billing address.

- What is your return policy?

biggift.com.au offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with a product, simply return it to us with a copy of your invoice and we will refund the money or offer you a credit to make another purchase.

- If I do subscribe to the newsletter, how often will I receive newsletters?

At biggift.com.au we have made a strong commitment to our customers not to pester them with "Junk Emails", so we will only send out one email per month for all Newsletter Subscribers.
